Return Policy

We ONLY accept returns on defective items PURCHASED on www.officialsimplycc.com, the items must have been received defective. All complaints must be filed within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise only if the items were received damaged by Simply CC. We do not issue refunds for items that were broken on behalf of the recipient. In addition, all shipping cost are responsible of that of the purchaser, Simply CC does not supply prepaid shipping labels.

FOR APPROVED EXCHANGES ONLY: When placing an order for an item to be exchanged please provide your old order number, the size, color, and name of the swimsuit you'd like to receive back in the order details section of the checkout process. 

Like previously stated, shipping is not covered for returns and exchanges. The reship fee must be paid for once the exchange item has been returned in MINT condition.

Once the items are received please allow up up to 7 business days for your request to be processed.

We suggest that everyone checks the size chart before ordering their swimsuit. Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns for items due to sizing issues. We will only issue store credit if the item is returned in MINT condition. Only when the item is returned will the store credit be issued.

Simply CC suggest that all swimwear be handwash only; furthermore, Simply CC is not responsible for any damage due to washing machines, dryers, high-chlorinated swimming pools, hot tubs, and natural wear and tear.

All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the items have not already been shipped.
